Terms of Service

These Terms of Service constitute a legal agreement between you and Tianjin Chenchuang Internet Technology Co., Ltd. ("Company" or "we") regarding the use of the "CosMeal" App and website ("Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. 1. Service Description CosMeal is an AI-powered meal planning and nutrition management tool that provides dietary suggestions, recipe generation, and food nutrition identification by calling third-party AI models (DeepSeek V4, Qwen-VL, Tongyi Wanxiang). All models have completed required government registrations. 2. User Eligibility The Service is for adults aged 18+. Registration requires phone number verification. Minors may not independently register. Adult guardians may create dietary profiles for minors in their household. 3. AI-Generated Content Notice Certain content is AI-generated, including meal plans, recipe text, and food images. AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete. It is for dietary reference only, NOT medical advice. AI text responses are marked with "AI-generated" labels; AI-generated images contain "AI-generated" watermarks. Users must not remove or obscure these labels. 4. User Conduct Users shall not: (a) input content containing illegal or harmful information; (b) use prompt injection or jailbreak techniques; (c) use the Service for illegal activities; (d) disrupt service operation. 5. Violation Handling Rules Automated content safety detection: (a) first minor violation: warning; (b) 3 consecutive or 5 cumulative violations in one day: AI service suspended until midnight Beijing time; (c) repeat violations: suspension upgraded to 3 days, then 7 days; (d) severe violations: permanent ban. Users may appeal within 5 business days via in-app feedback or info@cosmeal.com.cn. Appeals will be reviewed independently within 48 hours. 6. Intellectual Property The Company holds IP rights to original Service content (code, design, branding). The Company does not claim copyright over AI-generated content; users may freely use it. However, AI-generated content may resemble existing works — users are responsible for IP checks before commercial use. Users warrant they have legal rights to any content they upload. IP complaints: info@cosmeal.com.cn, responded within 72 hours, resolved within 7 business days. 7. Personal Information & Data Please see the Privacy Policy (https://cosmeal.com.cn/privacy). Key points: user input is NOT used for AI model training; all data is stored within China and not transferred abroad; direct identifiers (phone numbers) are never sent to external AI models. 8. Complaints & Reports Report inappropriate AI-generated content via: (a) "Report" button next to each AI reply; (b) in-app Feedback section; (c) email info@cosmeal.com.cn. Initial review within 24 hours, resolution within 48 hours. 9. Disclaimer The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated nutritional advice is for reference only. The Company is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure, network failures, or third-party service disruptions. 10. Service Changes & Termination The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice. Users may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. 11. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation; failing that, either party may bring action in a competent court at the Company's domicile. 12.
