1. Acceptance of Terms These Terms of Service govern your use of the Xiao Bao Xia Chu mobile app ("the App"), operated by Tianjin Chenchuang Internet Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "our", or "us"). By registering or using Xiao Bao Xia Chu, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App. 2. The Service Xiao Bao Xia Chu helps households plan meals and manage dietary needs, and uses AI to generate meal plans, recipes, nutrition estimates, and grocery lists. You register with your phone number. 3. Eligibility & Your Account You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account and manage a household. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that happens under your account. 4. AI Content & Health Disclaimer Meal plans, recipes, nutrition values (such as calories and macros), and assistant responses are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are provided for general informational purposes only and are not medical, nutritional, or health advice. Always check ingredients against your household's allergies and dietary needs, and consult a qualified professional before making health decisions — especially if you have diabetes, pre-diabetes, or another health condition. You are responsible for deciding whether a meal is safe and appropriate for you. 5. Your Content You keep ownership of the content you create, such as recipes, notes, and photos. You grant us the permission needed to host and process that content to provide the service, including sending it to our AI providers to generate results. Don't upload content that is unlawful or infringes someone else's rights. 6. Our Intellectual Property All content, features, and functionality of Xiao Bao Xia Chu (other than the content you create) are owned by Tianjin Chenchuang Internet Technology Co., Ltd. and are protected by intellectual property laws. 7. Acceptable Use Please use Xiao Bao Xia Chu lawfully. Don't misuse the service, attempt to bypass usage limits, reverse-engineer it, or interfere with its operation or security. 8. Third-Party Services Xiao Bao Xia Chu relies on third parties, including SMS verification (Alibaba Cloud) and AI model providers. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms. 9. Disclaimers Xiao Bao Xia Chu is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't warrant that AI output will be accurate or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. 10. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tianjin Chenchuang Internet Technology Co., Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Xiao Bao Xia Chu. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. 11. Termination You can stop using Xiao Bao Xia Chu and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the service. 12. Changes & Contact We may update these Terms from time to time and will revise the date above.
